Terms and privacy

Plain-language early-access terms. These will be replaced by full legal terms before general availability.

Early-access terms

• AIN Verify is offered free during early access, as-is, without uptime commitments. Features may change.
• You may only register agents that your organization operates and is responsible for, and only issue mandates you are authorized to grant.
• Organization details you provide are shown to counterparties as self-attested. Do not impersonate another organization.
• A verification decision states whether an action falls within authority delegated through AIN. It is not a payment authorization, a guarantee of the agent's behaviour, or verification of any organization's legal identity. Counterparties remain responsible for their own risk decisions.
• We may suspend agents or organizations that are used for fraud, impersonation or abuse.

Privacy

• We collect what you give us (name, work email, organization details) and what the service generates (agents, mandates, verification records, audit events including IP addresses).
• Public agent records show the agent's name, purpose, platform, status, public key and organization name. Mandate contents are visible only to your organization.
• Verification records are visible to the agent's organization and to the organization that requested the check.
• We do not sell personal data, use advertising trackers or load third-party scripts. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts.
• Audit records are append-only for integrity, so they are retained even if related objects are revoked. To close your account or request your data, email privacy@ainverify.com.
